Have been using the cooler for a little over a week and so far like it very much. All stainless, removable reservoir does a fantastic job keeping the water cold and is easy to clean . . . but most importantly, it appears based on research and discussions with Aquaverve, that all the materials used are safe for my family. Unlike our previous cooler with an aluminum reservoir and unknown plastics that might leach BPAs, this cooler, made in North America has us feeling good about our water again . . . thank you Aquaverve!

I love my new Pacifik water cooler - it's the best water cooler I've ever used. I ended up calling in my order (which was a snap) because I couldn't get the online ordering form to work properly. Specifically, I added the wrong item to my cart and then I couldn't figure out how to update the contents of my cart - moreover, when I tried to start over, my original cart would automatically appear... ultimately, I just called it in.

First cooler shipped did not cool. Replacement however was very efficiently handled and appreciated. So, with the first cooler I would have given it a 1, but the replacement cooler gets a 5. Avg. 3 as shown. Do love the new cooler though, works great!
